Gents,You’ll be delighted to know that our OTCID application has now been approved. It’s been a long and, at times, difficult journey, particularly on the financial side, but somehow, we’ve managed to keep all the plates spinning and get ourselves to this point.Yesterday, alongside the OTC approval, we received their invoice to reinstate the OTC Disclosure & News Service for the period 1 July 2026 through to 30 June 2027. Unfortunately, the annual fee has increased by $539, but once this is paid our quotation will be reinstated.Initially, the Company will return to the market under the existing NFT Marketplace Inc. name while we await FINRA's approval of the corporate name change to New Frontier Trade & Minerals Inc. Once that has been completed, OTC will update the issuer profile accordingly. In the meantime, Nick will be able to begin updating the OTC platform with our current corporate information and the outstanding filings covering the period since we assumed control. The name change itself is being handled through our lawyers in Miami. I submitted all the requested documentation yesterday and, hopefully, we have everything covered to allow the process to move through without any unnecessary delays. There is, of course, a cost attached. The initial retainer is $1,500 and I don't envisage the total cost exceeding $5,000 unless substantial additional work becomes necessary. Right now, however, our number one priority is simply getting the OTC service reinstated and the Company trading again.Once the quotation is restored, I think it's important that Nick, as CEO, issues a market update confirming that the Company is back in business, thanking shareholders for their patience and outlining the exciting opportunities ahead. We can then begin introducing our Letter of Intent initiative with Chaparra Minerals in Peru and, more importantly, demonstrate that this is now an operational business with a clear direction.I genuinely think it's going to come as quite a surprise to many of the legacy shareholders who had long since written NFTM off. We should make it clear that this turnaround has only been possible through the commitment of the current Board and a small number of loyal investors who continued to support the Company when many others would have walked away.If we can now raise the relatively modest amount needed to complete these final stages, we should be back up and running next week.I'm also pleased to report that all our accounts are now fully up to date and ready for filing. A special mention should go to Shoaib in Canada, who has been extremely understanding throughout the process and has agreed to take a haircut on his fees in the short term. I've given him my word that we'll settle the outstanding balance by the end of the current financial year, and I fully intend to honour that commitment. There are several other initiatives quietly progressing in the background, but we've deliberately held them back until we reached this point. With OTC now behind us, we can finally begin moving the business forward as planned. Finally, you'll hopefully have noticed that our social media channels are beginning to gather momentum, particularly through the Saracen brand where we've deliberately focused on showcasing our operational activities in Peru. Once the transition to New Frontier Trade & Minerals Inc. is complete, we'll begin building the NFTM channels in a similar way, although with a greater emphasis on shareholder communications, corporate developments, and market awareness. Nick will naturally take the lead on that side of the business. So that's where we stand, chaps. After many months of hard work, countless obstacles and more than a few sleepless nights, we've finally reached the starting line. Now the real work begins.
